Shipment Method Details
Our primary shipping carrier is United States Postal Service (USPS); our secondary carrier is UPS. Our standard method of shipping within the contiguous US is USPS. These services range from 1 to 5 days shipping, excluding the day of shipping, depending on distance from our location in Ohio. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are via USPS. International shipments are shipped via USPS International Mail or DHL, unless requested differently. Please note that standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Order processing includes credit card verification procedures and inventory allocation.
For items weighing over 100 lbs or designated as "oversized," shipping costs will be calculated by our sales associates, who will contact you for your approval before processing your order.
Note: All shipping is measured in business days (weekdays) and does not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that we are not in control of USPS o UPS. We use USPS and UPS tracking to confirm delivery of an order. If a package is marked delivered but not recieved and we shipped to the correct address provided during checkout, that would indicate a problem with the carrier or possibly theft which we do not cover. Please call USPS or UPS and file a claim for your package.
Shipping Rules & Exceptions
In order to provide our customers with the utmost security when placing an order, we require that you use addresses, phone number and email that are verified by your credit card company.
Shipments are generally focused on North America and South America continents. Shipments to Burma, Iraq, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Cuba, Sudan, and Syria are not possible at this time.
Note: Credit card verification takes longer with international orders, and this may cause a delay in shipping (48-72 hours). We also may require additional identification verification for international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will send any high value package with an adult signature required for delivery. Should you choose to waive the signature required services, neither America Origami Shop Inc, nor the delivering carrier is responsible for damages to and/or theft of the parcel(s).
