Agua Papel was introduced in 2007 by origami artist Fabian Correa Gomez.  This handmade paper is fabricated in Colombia from banana leaves with a small percentage of cotton fiber. By combining banana fiber and cotton fibers the resulting paper is very durable while still remaining soft and flexible.

Each sheet is made ​​by hand. Therefore, the colors may vary slightly from one sheet to another.
